When ordering uniforms the best method by far is to order without printing. Ordering uniforms with printing delays your order by an average of 2 weeks. However with a unprinted stocked items an order typically only takes an average of 3-4 days or less.

Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, school purchase order numbers (PO's) and personal checks (orders paid with a personal check will not be processed until the check clears, usually 7-10 working days). Sorry, no C.O.D.s. We require full payment when the order is placed (excluding PO's.)

Group Sales Return Policy
When purchasing from our uniform pages, please be aware of the following points:
- We gladly accept all returns and exchanges with the exception of personalized, embroidered or screen printed merchandise. A customer representative must be notified within 10 days after receipt of the order and all returns/exchanges must be shipped and received in store within 30 days after receipt.
- You must contact the Team Sales Department in order to make a return. Once your return is approved, the Group Sales Department will provide a return authorization code. This code must accompany the merchandise.
- All returned items must be in saleable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for non-exchange returns.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
