Paying With A Credit Card

Paying With A Purchase Order
If you are the authorized purchaser for a public school, private school, government entity, or publicly funded program:
A. Place your order by calling 1-800-987-6223 or e-mail your completed order form to 210-731-8320.
B. Once received, we will email you a pending invoice to review.
C. If everything is correct on your invoice, please email the purchase order to info@buysocceruniforms.com, or fax to 210-731-8320.
D. Once received, we will place the order and send you a confirmation.

B. The order will be shipped 10 days from the date we receive your check & order form. This allows time for the check to clear.

Returns & Exchange Policy.
When purchasing from our uniform pages, please be aware of the following points:
- We gladly accept all returns and exchanges with the exception of personalized, embroidered or screen printed merchandise. A customer representative must be notified within 10 days after receipt of the order. All returns/exchanges must be shipped and received in store within 30 days after receipt.
- You must contact the Team Sales Department in order to make a return. Once your return is approved, the Team Sales Department will provide a return authorization code.
- All returned items must be in saleable condition.
- A 15% restocking fee will be charged for non-exchange returns.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with the return of product.
The following items can not be returned: Custom Items, Printed, Numbered, Embroidered Worn, Close-out or Altered Items.
Mis-shipped items & clothing defects must be reported to us within 5 days from receipt.
So please take time to immediately and carefully inspect all shipments to ensure that sizes, colors, & styles you received are correct, and that there are no obvious manufacturer's defects.
Return Policy:
Items (which are not defective or mis-shipped) can only be returned for refund within 5 days from receipt of order and will be charged a 15% restocking fee, less shipping charges.
If you are not familiar with a item or sizes, we suggest that you compare products at your local sporting goods store, before you purchase on-line.
Exchange policy:
We will allow you to exchange unused items for the same quantity or dollar amount of like items within 10 days of receipt. However, you will be required to pay the return postage of the items back to us and the shipping of the new items from us to you.
When returning items, please send them via UPS, FedEx, or insured parcel post. We are not responsible for returned items which we do not receive. Do not return items to the manufacturer.
